They called when the right one came in
We looked at a camper, said the interior wasn't for us, and nobody made it weird. Got a call six weeks later when a matching unit landed on the lot. No pressure either time.

We looked at a camper, said the interior wasn't for us, and nobody made it weird. Got a call six weeks later when a matching unit landed on the lot. No pressure either time.
Camper matched the listing and the price was fair. The fridge died on the second trip — they covered the repair without an argument, but it still killed a weekend of camping. That's why it's three stars and not five.
Delivery came on the promised day, the walkthrough took about forty minutes, and the hitch and brake controller were already set up. So far, so good.
Price was fair and the camper is solid. My complaint is communication after the sale — took two days to get a call back on a warranty question. They did call back and did cover it. Just don't go dark after the check clears.
Third RV I've bought in twenty years and the first time the number on the internet was the number I paid. No doc fee, no 'market adjustment.'
The unit had a few more scuffs than the photos showed and the fresh-water tank filled slow. They knocked money off and resealed the fitting, but it wasn't the turnkey weekend I pictured. Camper's been fine since.
The big dealers follow you around the lot like you're going to steal something. Here Tony handed us the keys and said take it for a lap. We bought it that afternoon.
Camper's been great. Only knock: the lot was packed the Saturday we showed and we waited about twenty minutes for someone. Once we sat down it was all business, no games.
Took delivery of the Sabre in May. They sent a photo the morning it left Michigan Ave and another when it hit our driveway. Small thing. We liked it.
We bought a 2020 Cherokee after touring three other lots. Tony's team sent a full inspection report before we even drove out. Paid by Zelle on a Tuesday and we were camping at Holly Oaks that Friday.
The inspection report is what sold us, and the camper's been mostly great. The bathroom skylight leaked a little in a storm — they came out and resealed it for free the same week. Docking a star for the leak, not the response.
First-time buyer, so I asked a lot. Never once felt rushed. The payment details came through email within an hour of placing the order and the tracking page showed exactly where things stood.
Wired the deposit from Texas. Before that they FaceTimed me a full walkaround on a Tuesday night — roof, underbody, tire stamps, all of it. Unit showed up exactly as described.
They handled delivery to Ann Arbor, walked us through every system on the Airstream, and followed up a week later to check in. That follow-up is why we referred two neighbors.
Paperwork, delivery, walkthrough — all fine. Only note: I wish they'd offered winter storage instead of me figuring it out myself. The camper, no complaints.
Unit needed one part that took a few days to arrive. They told me up front instead of letting me find out at pickup. Trailer has been flawless for four trips since.
They drove the unit out to Grand Rapids and the driver stayed until the slide and awning made sense to my wife and me. Never once made us feel dumb.
120-point report, underbody photos, tire dates. I've bought two RVs before and never seen that level of detail from a used dealer. The Minnie Winnie started on the first try all season.
Straight shooters. Their financing rate wasn't the best I found, and when I said I had my own credit union they didn't push theirs. Deal went fine either way.
Fair trade value, fast paperwork, no surprise fees at the end. What else is there to say.
Brought our old pop-up on trade, left with the Solis. Valuation was fair and honest, and everything was done in one afternoon. We'll be back when we upgrade again.
Price wasn't the lowest I found, but it included delivery and the hitch the other guys quoted extra for. The interior was dirtier than I expected at pickup — they paid for a detail after I said something. Everything works.
First camper, complete newbie. We were about to overbuy on a monster unit and they steered us to something we could actually tow. That's why we came back when my brother needed a hitch setup.
Camper's good, people are good. Delivery ran about a week late waiting on a part — they texted updates without me chasing, and threw in a leveler kit for the trouble. Would still recommend, just plan a buffer.
Bought the Flagstaff for family weekends. Tony walked us through everything without the car-dealer act. Three trips in, no issues.
Good camper, fair number. The finance paperwork took longer than it should have — we sat around an extra hour. Nothing was hidden and they followed up after. Three stars feels honest.
120-point sheet came with roof photos and tire date stamps before we ever left the lot. I've bought three used RVs and never seen a dealer volunteer that.
Wish the site had one more photo of the awning area — what we got matched in person anyway. Been up north twice since and zero problems.
Answered every dumb question I had and never once tried to rush us. Camper was exactly what they said. Would buy again.
Website enquiry on a Sunday, call back Monday morning, paid Friday, Pinckney State Park by Saturday. No complaints at all.
